FujiClean PCN10, PCN15 & PCN20
The FujiClean PCN series represents FujiClean Australia's largest and most advanced single-tank commercial sewage treatment systems, engineered for high-capacity and site-specific wastewater management.
The PCN Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is a fully integrated Advanced Wastewater Treatment System (AWTS), designed to treat between 10,000 and 20,000 litres of wastewater per day. It incorporates cutting-edge Japanese technology developed by FujiClean’s in-house team of engineers and scientists.
Because wastewater characteristics can vary across different locations, each PCN unit is custom-engineered to suit specific site conditions. The PCN10 and PCN20 models are manufactured in Japan using a single-tank design made from high-quality Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP), applied using the spray-up lamination method.
The tank structure consists of a cylindrical body with dome-shaped end caps, all seamlessly joined and reinforced with layers of FRP. The internal structure features steel ribs spaced at intervals of no more than 1,000 mm for added durability. Additionally, FRP support legs are attached at intervals of 3,000 mm or less to ensure stable installation on a concrete base.
